Application guidelines and application form for the first screening of the award are downloadable from the website from March 14, 2011 (Mon.). There are two screening processes and the results are then announced before the award ceremony.

Please fill in the form on the left. You will then be redirected to the page where you can obtain both the application guidelines and the application form.

First Screening Submissions Accepted:

From May 6, 2011 (Fri.) to June 17, 2011 (Fri.)

First Screening Results:

July 1, 2011 (Fri.)

Second Screening Submissions Accepted:

From July 1, 2011 (Fri.) to August 5, 2011 (Fri.)

Deadline for Submission of Applicants' Financial Data Submit Deadline:

July 22, 2011 (Mon.)

Second Screening Interview:

September 26, 2011 (Mon.) to September 27, 2011 (Tues.)

Announcement of Winners:

November 4, 2011 (Fri.)

Awards Ceremony and Seminar:

December 1, 2011 (Thurs.)
